

Spicy Stovetop Shrimp
Easy shrimp recipe for the RV stovetop. A little bit spicy with a delicious sauce; serve over some basmati rice for an easy meal.

Ingredients
- 1-1/2 lbs wild-caught shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tbsp flour
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp grass-fed butter
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 small white onion, chopped
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp white wine
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Pat shrimp dry and place into a bowl. Add flour, smoked paprika, salt and pepper, cayenne and sugar. Toss to coat shrimp.
- Melt butter in skillet over medium heat. Add olive oil. Stir in onion and garlic, and cook for 2-3 minutes or until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and cook 1-2 minutes.
- Add broth, wine and lemon juice. Cook for 5 minutes or until shrimp turns opaque.
- Serve over cooked basmati rice.
