Spicy Stovetop Shrimp
Easy shrimp recipe for the RV stovetop. A little bit spicy with a delicious sauce; serve over some basmati rice for an easy meal.

Ingredients

wild-caught shrimp, peeled and deveined

flour

smoked paprika

black pepper

cayenne pepper

grass-fed butter

tbsp
olive oil
1/2
small white onion, chopped

tsp
minced garlic

tbsp
white wine
2
tbsp
lemon juice
Instructions
Pat shrimp dry and place into a bowl. Add flour, smoked paprika, salt and pepper, cayenne and sugar. Toss to coat shrimp.
Melt butter in skillet over medium heat. Add olive oil. Stir in onion and garlic, and cook for 2-3 minutes or until fragrant.
Add shrimp and cook 1-2 minutes.
Add broth, wine and lemon juice. Cook for 5 minutes or until shrimp turns opaque.
Serve over cooked basmati rice.

This is one of our favorite recipes when we have to cook indoors. Or even when we don't HAVE to cook indoors!
