Grilled Stuffed Burgers

Grass-fed ground beef stuffed with melty cheese and crisp bacon. See variations of this recipe under the notes below.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs grass-fed ground beef
  • 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce use A1 sauce if you prefer
  • 1-1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 tsp black pepper
  • 8 oz extra sharp cheddar cheese, cubed
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 4 buns

Instructions
 

  • Mix ground beef with worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, cubed cheese and bacon pieces.
  • Separate into 4 equal portions and form into patties.
  • Prepare charcoal or gas grill.
  • Cook over medium high heat 3-4 minutes per side, or until desired doneness is achieved.

Notes

Substitute cheddar and bacon with Swiss cheese and chopped mushrooms, or bleu cheese and bacon.
