

Grilled Stuffed Burgers
Grass-fed ground beef stuffed with melty cheese and crisp bacon. See variations of this recipe under the notes below.

Ingredients
- 2 lbs grass-fed ground beef
- 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce use A1 sauce if you prefer
- 1-1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 tsp black pepper
- 8 oz extra sharp cheddar cheese, cubed
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 4 buns
Instructions
- Mix ground beef with worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, cubed cheese and bacon pieces.
- Separate into 4 equal portions and form into patties.
- Prepare charcoal or gas grill.
- Cook over medium high heat 3-4 minutes per side, or until desired doneness is achieved.
Notes
Substitute cheddar and bacon with Swiss cheese and chopped mushrooms, or bleu cheese and bacon.
