
Grilled Beef and Provolone
Thin slices of roast beef paired with provolone cheese, grilled onions and a little horseradish.
Equipment
- Pudgy pie iron
Ingredients
- 1 onion bun, split
- 3-4 slices thinly sliced roast beef
- 2 slices provolone cheese
- sauted onions
- horseradish sauce
Instructions
- Spray pudgy pie iron with oil
- Place bottom of the onion bun into pie iron
- Spread horseradish sauce onto bun
- Top with roast beef, cheese and onions
- Top with other side of onion bun
- Close pie iron and cook over hot coals or fire until toasted
- Let cool for several minutes before eating – contents are very hot!
Notes
Add sauted peppers if you like, or make it spicy with some slices of jalepeno. Prepared horseradish can be used in place of horseradish sauce.
