Grilled Beef and Provolone
Thin slices of roast beef paired with provolone cheese, grilled onions and a little horseradish.

Pudgy pie iron
Ingredients
1
onion bun, split
3-4
slices
thinly sliced roast beef
2
slices
provolone cheese
sauted onions
horseradish sauce
Instructions
Spray pudgy pie iron with oil
Place bottom of the onion bun into pie iron
Spread horseradish sauce onto bun
Top with roast beef, cheese and onions
Top with other side of onion bun
Close pie iron and cook over hot coals or fire until toasted
Let cool for several minutes before eating - contents are very hot!
Notes
Add sauted peppers if you like, or make it spicy with some slices of jalepeno. Prepared horseradish can be used in place of horseradish sauce.
