

Chicken Pot Pie
Quick and easy way to make a pot pie!
Equipment
- Pudgy pie iron
Ingredients
- 2 pcs prepared pie crust, cut into squares to fit pie iron
- precooked shredded chicken
- chicken gravy
- frozen peas and carrots, thawed
- chopped onion
Instructions
- Spray pudgy pie iron with oil
- Place one square of pie crust into iron
- Top pie crust with remaining ingredients
- Top with second square of pie crust
- Close pie iron and hold level over the fire so that gravy does not spill out
- Cook over hot coals or fire until toasted on both sides
- Let cool before eating – filling will be very hot!
Notes
You can use either refrigerated pie crust or crescent dough. If using crescent dough, unroll from package and break two triangles off from roll. Press triangle seams together to create a square.
