

Sorta S’mores
Classic s'mores made with brownie dough instead of chocolate pieces. The warm brownie is a most excellent chocolate substitute – warm and gooey!
Equipment
- Pudgy pie iron
Ingredients
- 1 package Pillsbury "Ready to Bake" chocolate fudge place and bake brownie dough
- 1-2 graham crackers
- mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Spray pudgy pie iron with oil, or rub with butter
- Using 1-2 pieces of the brownie dough, press dough into bottom of the oiled pie iron
- Make a layer of graham cracker pieces on top of the brownie dough
- Top graham cracker pieces with a layer of mini marshmallows
- Press another 1-2 pieces of brownie dough into the other side of the oiled pie iron
- Close pie iron and cook over hot coals or fire until brownie appears done – it will look dry on the surface
- Let cool before eating – filling will be very hot!
Notes
Add chocolate pieces to this if you’d like – just be careful, melted chocolate is like hot lava inside of a pudgy pie!
